This hotel was a great find for us. It's a small hotel with a lovely decor. The location of this hotel is really convenient - it is right next to a railway station and close to the cable car to Mount Titlis. The breakfast was included and had a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Located in the heart of Engelberg, this hotel is steps away from the cable car to Mount Titlis and a short walk from the train station. A variety of restaurants and shops are also nearby. The bedrooms are functional and comfortable, boasting spacious balconies and two en-suite bedrooms. The breakfast buffet includes hot and cold options, as well as fruit and pastries. The hardworking staff provides excellent service and is very accommodating, with the added perk of gluhwein and warm punch on return from skiing.

The hotel's lack of bar may pose a minor inconvenience to some guests.

- dishwasher in the kitchenette would have been very convenient. - the hotel is across the street from a rail line, the sound of train could be annoying if staying at front facing room, however and fortunately the train are infrequent.

This family run hotel is excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The location of the hotel in Engleberg is just perfect within walking distance to the beautiful village and all facilities. Also an easy drive to Lucerne. The views over the snow capped mountains from the balcony of the room were breathtaking. Wi-fi excellent, parking on site and buffet breakfast was plentiful and good. A gem in a pictureesque setting.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. the location is unbeatable - it's just a stone's throw away from the train station and a short walk to the cable cars. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were so friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Lastly, the rooms were lovely. I had a spacious room with a balcony and a kitchenette, which was a nice touch. Plus, the breakfast included was a great way to start the day.

Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Hotel owner was ery nice and easy to work with. Owner gave us ride from train station when ever we missed the bus.

The balcony with its breathtaking views provided the perfect setting for our family to relax and enjoy the serenity of Engelberg. As avid hikers, we were thrilled that the hotel is conveniently located near scenic trails, eliminating the need for a car. Opting for a room with a kitchen was a wise choice, as it allowed us to enjoy a few nights of self-catering and save on dining expenses.

For families, it would be great if the hotel offered more kid-friendly activities on-site.

Stayed in a beautiful suite with excellent staff. Stunning location with a huge balcony. Well-equipped kitchenette. Friendly house cat. Apologetic staff for Wifi and hot water issues. Walking distance to Titlis base. Authentic Swiss experience. Central location. Clean and bright. Good value for Switzerland.

The location was great, just across from the train station and a short walk to the town and lifts. The staff was excellent, always helpful and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the spa area in the basement; it was clean and well-maintained with a dry and steam sauna, Jacuzzi, and relaxing area. It was also very convenient to have a ski storage and boot room to dry our equipment overnight.

The room was a bit small, but I can't really complain since I booked the cheapest option and was traveling alone. However, it would have been a nice touch if the hotel had moved me to a larger room, especially since the hotel was mostly empty during my stay.

The Belmont may not be as fancy looking as many of the hotels in the area, but the rooms are very comfortable, the staff very friendly, the sauna area small but more than adequate. And in addition to all this it is close to both the slopes, most of the good restaurants and the train station.

We were delighted with our recent stay at Hotel Belmont. The views from our room were breathtaking. We could see the snow-capped peaks of Mt Titlis right from our window. The location of the hotel, close to the railway station and the town, was incredibly convenient. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality produce. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making us feel comfortable and at ease during our stay. The hotel also provided free parking, which was a bonus. we had a fantastic experience at Hotel Belmont and would highly recommend it to others.
